• ethics of biomedical research, in particular: normative models of risk-benefit analysis, acceptable risk thresholds in biomedical research without the potential for clinical benefit; ethics of research payments;
• procreative ethics, especially ethics of assisted reproduction, and problem of parental responsibility for the quality of life of the future offspring;
• clinical ethics consultations;
• law and biomedicine
