Project aims: Due to the unprecedended development of medical and biotechnological cognition human enhancement technologies, we are now facing a neccessity to redefine or reinterpret the basic concepts of law. The aim of the project is to analyse the problem of legal responsibility (especially liability) of congitively enhanced persons.
